Taylor Swift he liked being the girl in the bleachers amidst her relationship with her husband, Travis Kelce.
Swift made her first appearance at a Kansas City Chiefs game in September 2023, watching them defeat the Chicago Bears from the Kelce family’s private suite. After cheering the mother of the tighthead, Donna Kelceshe and Travis celebrated their victory together at a private event with his teammates.
Swift was in the stands again at the Chiefs vs Jets game in New York the following month with cameras showing Swift’s comments throughout the game.
While talking about the NFL’s heavy coverage of his brother Jason Kelce“New Heights” podcast that month, Travis said, “I think it’s fun when they show who’s at the game. I think it adds a little more to the atmosphere, gives a little more to what you’re watching.”
Swift, meanwhile, told THE MUSIC MAN in December 2023, “You never know when the camera is going to put you on the air, so I don’t know if I’m showing it 17 times or once.” She said, “I’m just there to support Travis.”
Swift and Travis married in July 2026, nearly two months before he returned to the Chiefs for his 14th season.
