Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyerand marriage is officially over.
10 years after their split, the 51-year-old Spider-Man actor and the 49-year-old jewelry designer’s marriage was finally terminated on September 21, with both restored to the status of single persons.
“Judgment of dissolution is entered. Marital or domestic partnership status is terminated and the parties are restored to the status of single persons,” according to court documents obtained by Page Six on Friday (October 2).
The judgment was filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, October 1.
However, despite being legally declared single, Tobey and Jennifer still have remaining issues in their divorce to work out. The court documents do not specify which issues remain unresolved, but state that all matters other than the dissolution of their marital status will be determined separately.
“The Court shall reserve jurisdiction to hear and determine all issues raised by the Petition and Response herein, other than dissolution of the parties’ marital status,” the documents read.
Tobey and Jennifer married in 2007
Tobey and Jennifer tied the knot in 2007, separated in 2016, and she filed for divorce in 2020. The two have remained very friendly as they co-parent their two kids – daughter Ruby19, and son Otis17.
Jennifer has been in a relationship with Geoffrey Ogunlesithe founder and CEO of entertainment and music management company of The Ogunlesi Group, since 2022 and they got engaged in 2024. They welcomed a daughter in June 2026.
In an interview from last year, Jennifer spoke about her current relationship with Tobeycalling him her “best friend.”
