RHOC Recap: Tamra breaks down about Vicki’s comments about her missing daughter as Vicki doubles down, plus Shannon questions Vicki’s loyalty and confronts Alexis

On this episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Tamra’s complex relationship with Vicki blast over what was said on a podcast two years ago. Tamra definitely complains, especially when Vicki brings up her mother-in-law. Tamra seems to have forgotten that she has hurt people in the past, too, until Vicki is pushed to her lowest point. Not even capybaras, tea or sushi can fix this tense situation…

Emily surprised the women at the muscle girls bar. It’s exactly what you think, but in fact Vicki isn’t up for any fun. Afterwards, half of the women go to see some capybaras while the rest go to lunch via the subway. None of these women are Magellan, that’s for sure, and it’s funny to watch them take public transport.

Emily, Jennand Tamra visit a capybara cafe and get cozy on a sofa with the animals. The women start feeding the capybaras, and enjoy coffee and tea – the gossip kind.

Emily points out that Vicki doesn’t stay all the time for any event and that Tamra doesn’t know how to get through it anymore. Emily explains that it was Vicki’s version of the friendship she had with her Shannon is invalid. Tamra on the phone for her relationship with Vicki is complicated, considering the way she talked about Tamra on podcasts a while back. The fact that Vicki has no boundaries and went after Tamra’s daughter is pretty low AND Vicki never apologized, apparently…

In the meantime, Gene, HeatherShannon, and Vicki sat down to eat a little. Shannon does not understand that she is being asked to make excuses for Vicki. Gina says that Shannon was worried because Jenn was kissing Alexbut Vicki is friendly with Alexis. Shannon calls herself a true friend, but wonders if Vicki really has Vicki back.

Back in Rancho Santa Fe, California, Carmella states that she can’t control her sugar and nothing is working. The stress of the Tokyo trip makes Carmella feel like everything is against her. She has a million reasons why she couldn’t get to Japan, including not being able to get her ADHD medication. She understands that she has real limits.

A rainy afternoon in Tokyo ends with a tea master for a traditional experience. They all put on some kimonos and Heather is encouraged to be a part of this. The history lesson continues and they learn how to “enjoy” the tea they helped create.

Emily doesn’t feel that Shannon is being honest with the way she feels about Jenn. When Jenn was teasing Alexis, Shannon says she was joking when she said she had to talk to Jenn later. But when Alexis went on Vicki’s podcast, Shannon did what?

Shannon says she questioned Vicki for hosting Alexis and Vicki said she didn’t have an idea that would upset Shannon. Shannon reminds Vicki that she didn’t tell her that Alexis was coming forward. It was almost as if Vicki was hiding it from Shannon on purpose. Emily is confused as to why Vicki didn’t give Shannon a head.

Vicki felt like Tamra didn’t give Shannon any grace when she was going through her problems. Tamra begins to question why Vicki uses her podcast to cause such issues, such as tearing Tamra’s mother apart. Tamra gets emotional confronting Vicki about things she said on her podcast two years ago about his lost daughter.

Vicki remembers the truth differently than Tamra and says she has already apologized for this. Tamra cries about being attacked as a mother and says she would give up her happiness to keep her child. Tamra fell into Heather’s arms as she wondered why Vicki would stoop so low. Tamra admits that a lot of her anger comes from the situation with her daughter and she yells at Shannon about how she is in a safe place.

The next morning, the women prepare for go-karts and a marketplace. Carmella gets everything about the trip from Jenn via FaceTime. Carmella says Vicki’s behavior is “beyond destructive,” but Vicki doesn’t understand why Tamra has decided to bring all of this back to the surface. Looks like Tamra is allergic to peace.

Heather, Tamra, and Emily prepare for go-karts, in costume. Vicki later joins Jenn, Gina, and Shannon at the market. Speaking of Vicki, Tamra can’t get over the fact that Vicki didn’t come over to comfort her the night before. Vicki sees it differently.

Vicki claims she retaliated against mean things Tamra said in the past and asks if Tamra is trying to drive a wedge between her and Shannon. Shannon doesn’t understand that Vicki is talking out of both sides of her mouth regarding their relationship and Vicki’s lack of accountability is beyond frustrating.

To stir things up further, Emily tells Tamra that she heard Vicki say that Tamra’s daughter may not talk to her because of how Tamra acts in public. Vicki doubled down and is now fighting dirty. So much for the apology.

In other sad news: Shannon tells Tamra that Archie is getting worse and can’t stand it. Tamra understands how important Archie is to Shannon and how terrible it will be when he passes.

Heather has found a chef to give the ladies a sushi lesson, but Tamra would rather not even look at Vicki right now. Tamra can’t stand the tension and calls him out once they’re done with the lesson. Vicki says she’s tired of Tamra bringing up the past and reminds Tamra that she should feel terrible for the things she said hurt her: ie Vicki being involved in a cancer scam with Brooks.

Vicki points out that Tamra is doing this to create more problems and reminds Tamra that she did not create the rift between Tamra and her daughter. The women decide to evacuate so Vicki and Tamra can take him out. However, Vicki leaves, but reminds Tamra that she has amnesia and suddenly forgot what she did to everyone in this group.

Everyone in the group can say they’re hurt by Tamra, but Tamra wants to make sure Vicki’s apology is genuine. After playing mediation, Shannon leaves Tamra and Vicki alone, round deux. Tamra is upset that Vicki said she’d rather be famous than have a relationship with her daughter and Vicki reminds Tamra that she’s not a nice person. Vicki is sick of Tamra’s rumors and remembers why she stopped talking to her for years.

After much rest, Vicki tearfully lets Tamra know that if she could take that moment back, she would. She excuses herself, but not before calling Tamra sugar tits and smoking her boot. All right? I think it’s best to let those two go out on their own, because frankly, we can’t keep up.
