That’s Queen! Papoose pours his heart out for Claressa Shields
On October 13, Papoose held a screening for his music film, ‘Bars On Wheels: A Journey To Save Hip Hop,’ and his queen, Claressa Shields, was right next to him holding it down! Although the night was all about Pap, he couldn’t help but let his wife shine. During a conversation, the rapper opened up about this season of his life and thanked Claressa for being by his side as he navigates this new chapter. Pap made it clear that Shields was truly a blessing in his life, saying that she brought him “a breath of fresh air” when she came into his world.
“I would say that God put an amazing, amazing partner in my life, my queen! I didn’t see this coming, but God loves me. […] because when I met her, I was like you, God loves me so much,” Papoose said.
And that’s not what Pap had to say! He went on to credit Claressa for encouraging him. He admitted that words can’t even describe how he really feels about his woman, but he made one thing clear – when he thinks about who he values the most in this chapter of his life, Claressa Shields is at the TOP of his list! “She inspires me in ways I can’t even explain. I’m a man of many words, but when it comes to her I can’t even explain it. So, Claressa Shields is my answer to that question.”
