Travis Barker was in celebration mode for a son Landon Barkerbirthday bash after recent surgery.
Travis, 50, attended Landon’s party on Saturday, October 10, after being in the hospital a few days before and getting a cubic tunnel to repair nerves running through his arm, hand and fingers.
“No one likes you when you’re 23,” Landon captioned a series of Instagram photos from the concerts, quoting a line from his father’s Blink-182 hit “What’s My Age Again?”
The first jump showed Travis standing next to his wife, Kourtney Kardashianand the birthday boy in honor of the “Vampire Ball” themed party.
Landon rocked a black leather jacket and matching leather pants to channel his inner vampire.
Travis followed suit with a dark red velvet jacket for the special occasion, while Kardashian, 47, who shares son Rocky, 2, with the musician, donned a sexy black outfit. All three of them had fake blood dripping from their mouths, adding to the scary ambiance.
Landon also shared a photo with his younger sister, Barker Alabamaand from blowing out the candles on the black religious cake. (Travis shares Landon and Alabama, 20, with an ex-wife Shanna Moakler.)
“Love you forever 🖤🏁,” Travis replied in the comments section, toasting the man of the hour.
Travis also praised his son in an Instagram tribute on Oct. 9, writing, “Happy birthday, son. I’m so blessed and grateful to be your father.”
He said, “I am so proud of the person you have become and I am so honored to call you my son. Carry on with confidence, fearlessness, and honor. I love you more than words can express @landonbarker.”
Landon’s birthday celebration marked Travis’ first public outing since he was hospitalized on Tuesday, Oct. 6, for an enlarged rib on one side.

Travis also noted that his “beautiful wife,” who he married in 2022, was “by my side” as he underwent surgery.
The “I Miss You” singer gave fans an update on his health the following day, explaining why he underwent surgery.

“My arm, hand and fingers have been numb since a show I played last month,” Travis said via his Instagram Stories on October 7.
According to the Mayo Clinic, cubital tunnel surgery involves releasing the compressed ulnar nerve, commonly known as the ulnar nerve, which passes over the elbow.
Travis, for his part, assured his fans that the procedure went well and that he was already on the mend.
“I wanted to go first [this injury] and get it out so I can keep playing the way I play for a long time,” he said. “Should be good in a few weeks.”
