Good for them!!
Remember that 2022 Good morning America scandal?? At the end of November that year, Amy Rob and TJ Holmesco-attendants of the GMA espionage GMA3: What you needthey were caught being romantic in pictures.
They were both still legally married at the time. Yes. We later learned that both were separated from their spouses, Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig. But, you know, the network that Amy and TJ worked at ABCso it’s not good to be caught like that while you’re married – divorced or not -.
Shortly after their romance became public knowledge, the two were removed from the program while ABC investigated the matter. That December, TJ filed for divorce from Marilee. The next month Amy and TJ were officially fired.
By March, Amy and Andy were separated. TJ and Marilee’s wasn’t finished until October.

At this point, with both spouses officially exes, Amy and TJ went Instagram official and announced their new podcast, launching a year after they originally took off GMA3. On their first episode they said that they were both completely separated when they started their romance.
By October 2025 Amy and TJ were engaged. They got married just last month in a private ceremony in Arkansas. So they may have lost their jobs, but it seems the price was worth it for true love!
And the same goes for their exes!
Andy, 59, and Marilee, 49, started seeing each other in the summer of 2023. Melrose Place alum/civic engagement advocate and immigration attorney published via People issue wednesday they got engaged this past spring,
(Guess some couples can keep secrets better than others! )
Expressing gratitude, the former actor tells the mag:
“I had to accept my own part in a marriage not working out for me and not understanding me well enough and not understanding what is important in a relationship well enough to find the right person for me, and it was an amazing gift. Again, I don’t know how it happened, but I can say I’m grateful. I had to grow through a lot of pain and a lot of struggle and a lot humility. I think you need a love spell when you’re gone.
Awww, we love that so much. He continued:
“It happened. And you can say it’s just this kind of luck that this is how you ended up getting to know that person in a way that allowed you to reveal yourself and her to reveal herself.”
