Swift, 36, made a surprise appearance through her BFF Dakota JohnsonSaturday, October 3, opening monologuewearing an off-the-shoulder Simkhai minidress ($595) which she paired with heeled Burberry boots, a YSL gold chain belt and gold jewelry by Cartier.
For glam, Swift wore pink lips and wore her blonde dresses in the shape of a wave.
Swift and Johnson, 37, have been friends for nearly a decade, with the Righteousness actress even turns to the pop star for dating advice.
“What else has happened since I last hosted [in January 2024]? I went through two very public, very lame breakups with two really great musicians,” Johnson said Saturday, apparently referring to exes Chris Martin and Career Model. “It’s not my fault though. Some people leave gigs with merch and I leave gigs with a two and a half year relationship.”
She continued, “I have really good friends. They don’t judge me, they’re really supportive.”
In fact, Johnson jokingly referred to Swift as her “literary therapist.”
“I’m not your therapist, of course,” Swift interjected. “You just show up once a week at my house with an empty wine bottle and ask if I want some. And then you jump on my cup and get over it and I often say, ‘Damn, that’s crazy!’
Johnson also said that even her star dating history could be considered a “public service”.
“While we’re on the subject of musicians, I think I’m really doing a public service by going with them because, ladies, I’m saving you a lot of money on Zoloft,” she said. “Thank you, America! And also England, and parts of Ireland. And Cleveland, allegedly!”

Johnson has recently been linked to the Cleveland native Machine Gun Kellywhom she met at Swift’s wedding to him Travis Kelce in July.
“They’re really close and their relationship has moved quickly since they met at Taylor’s wedding,” a source told only Us last month from Johnson and Kelly, 36. “There was an instant spark and they’ve been in touch, talking and FaceTiming every day for the past month.”
