On Nov. 25, 2025, a 911 caller reported a man standing on the porch of Zolciak’s home in Alpharetta, Georgia, “screaming obscenities” at an equestrian facility in the area, according to an incident report obtained by Us. It is said that the teenager threw fire extinguishers in the direction of the camp. Although Zolciak and Croy BiermannSons, 14-year-old Kash and 15-year-old KJ, were not named directly in the 911 call, the report indicates that they were involved in the incident.
According to the report, officers spoke with Zolciak, 48, and “advised her to talk to her boys about yelling behind their house at a horse farm. Kim said she would look at her cameras and address the issue.”
The report also states that the complainant had tried to contact a parent at this location in the past but “never saw a parent there.”
The caller said it wasn’t “the first time” the teenager and his younger brother had done this.
TMZ it was reported in September that a similar incident had taken place on 14 July. According to a police report obtained by the service, one of the boys was accused of firing a pellet gun to scare the horses at the farm. An employee at the facility told authorities that, to her knowledge, no horses or individuals were struck by the pellets. The worker also said they had had problems with the children before, saying they were “rude and uncooperative” when confronted.
The teenager’s name was repeated in the report, according to the outlet.
Officers at the scene said they saw “20 to 30 bullets scattered on the road next to the building.”
When the police spoke to Zolciak’s son, he admitted that he fired the pellet gun but denied that he was trying to hit horses or people. No charges were filed.
