The 42-year-old former Olympic gold medalist swimmer called out her boyfriend after she spoke publicly about their children and the custody agreement, and said she has an “obsession” that “has to end”.

“I find it very disturbing that someone who has apparently spent years studying my life, immersing himself in it, and trying to reproduce aspects of it, continues to make me and my children the subject of public conversation,” Caila said in a statement to Every week. “The irony of being called a narcissist by someone who appears so earnestly concerned about me is not lost on me.”
“I filed for divorce. I chose to leave my marriage. I have no interest in revisiting it, competing with anyone for it, or participating in any weird narrative that is created to make someone else feel appropriate,” she continued.
“While they are busy talking to me, I am busy raising three children and carrying almost all the physical and financial responsibilities that come with that,” Caila she said about her husband and boyfriend. “It is not my pleasure to make someone else’s life my profession.”
“If I had the same free time and disposable income, I would probably spend it exploring my legal options rather than wanting to respect basic boundaries,” she said, adding that she had “worked hard to build a peaceful, happy life outside of that marriage.”
Caila she said she has “no desire to be dragged back into the disorder I made the conscious decision to leave,” and she does not want her previous marriage back, or to be involved in her ex’s relationship.
“I don’t want to be discussed, monitored, contacted under false accusations, or used as a story line. And I certainly don’t want my children to be used for public attention,” she concluded. “At some point, the obsession has to end. I’ve moved on. I recommend everyone else do the same. Leave me and my kids alone. It’s that simple.”
Every week they noted that they had arrived Rian for comment, but said he had nothing to do with his wife’s previous statement.

Rian and Caila divorced in the summer of 2025 after seven years of marriage.
A month after they announced their divorce, Rian Instagram officially went by Suggestionand denied false rumours.
Earlier this year, Rian and Suggestion He moved in together, and in June, he proposed to her.
Back in April, Caila alleged email share from Rianwhere he said Suggestion she was “ten times better mother” than him.
