The horror is coming on the first episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac. Karen back, but this time she is busy with her prayers and her private time. Stacey dropping a bomb on him Tia about her husband and Ashley calling it for loving the drama. But when Gizelle Admitting that she is sitting on important information, Tia questions their friendship and wonders why she didn’t notice her sooner…
Karen has gone through that dark time and now that she is home, she is sober and ready to straighten her crown. Karen explains that her husband, Rayangry because he “has a new wife,” but right now she’s more focused on herself.
Gizelle is out with Ashley and they are excited to meet Karen 2.0. Gizelle has been there for Karen and Karen really values their friendship. Karen says she’s getting better and insists she’s not a heavy drinker – it’s not clear not to admit she has a problem.
Ashley explains that she is meeting someone, aka Josha face we have seen from the past. Karen tells the women that she has grown apart from her husband and becomes very defensive when they start questioning her marriage.
Karen likes Tia a lot, according to Gizelle. Ashley says Tia’s not the man everyone thinks he is and Wendy he answered no one, although his trial is near.
Later, Stacey meets Wendy, who has since gotten an expensive new ride to brighten her spirits. Wendy is still trying to process the charges and the arrest, but says she still needs to be convicted. Fortunately, Stacey and Tia have shown up for her, despite all the issues.
Stacey is grateful for her husband Thiemo and says they are now getting back together. It’s almost as if the divorce never happened. Wendy says she invited Tia to join them, and Stacey isn’t too happy about the past issues. Wendy acts as a mediator and points out that Stacey should not have kicked Tia and that Tia should not have told Stacey that she got married. After apologies, the women decided to move on and support Wendy instead of eating meat.
Wendy doesn’t appreciate what Ashley said and Tia says Ashley was “salivating” with comments about her husband. Stacey knows what Ashley is talking about and will apologize in advance about what she has to say about Tia’s husband.
Stacey tells Tia that she’s been getting messages about her husband – messages that seem to confirm that Tia’s husband has been on dating sites, pictures and all. Stacey admits he presents himself as single and if there are pictures, it must be real. Tia handles this amazingly and Stacey is happy that she is hearing this for the first time with her real friends.
Two days later, Tia is ready to ask all the questions about her husband. She invites the women to a Wizards basketball game, because the coach’s wife, Courtneyis a client and has been her friend ever since. Tia is unhappy with the way Ashley was talking about her marriage and it is clear that they have things to discuss.
In the past, Wendy was doing everything and now everything is gone at the height of her career. Wendy’s legal team is trying to sort things out and she reveals that she has a different legal team from her husband, Eddie. The marriage has been difficult in these difficult times, considering how much he hurt her although she does not specify in what way Eddie hurt her. Are they setting Eddie up for the fall???
A Reality Blurb article then appears that shows an email Eddie allegedly sent Wendy asking if there were “additional high value items” they could add to the list of stolen items “to bring the total to over $423,000” which was their maximum policy.
Four days later, we meet Courtney, the wife of the Wizards basketball coach. She is happily in love with her husband and two sons and is delighted to take the women with her to a game. Courtney actually knows Ashley, which is interesting because Tia avoids her, just like she avoids her husband.
We learn that Courtney is an event planner and also a pastor – the twist we didn’t see coming. Wendy is still as cool as a cucumber towards Karen, who apparently used Wendy’s lowest moments to kick her while she was down.
Robyn in and giving the girls a jump scare. Robyn has opened her business and it’s still getting under people’s skin.
Ashley continues with her “rude behavior,” blowing up people’s families and just dancing away. Ashley’s boo goes up and makes his rounds with the ladies. He seems to work at the stadium and after going in, he comes out as quickly as he comes in.

After the match, the women hit a bar and Wendy confronts Ashley about what she said about Tia. Tia points out that Ashley took joy in her misfortune. Ashley says she was “disturbed” by what she saw and Gizelle jumps in saying that someone contacted her about Tia’s husband. It was a verified account, but Tia wonders why Gizelle didn’t take notice of it sooner. Why would Gizelle show Ashley before showing Tia? Where is Gizelle’s moral compass?
Gizelle says she wanted to know if it was true and Tia is shocked by Gizelle’s behavior. While all the action is going on, Karen is “sunset” and almost snoring. Ashley says she felt bad for Tia, but wishes she could have done things differently. Ashley is tired of men shaming women and Gizelle wonders if it’s true. (side note: Gizelle thinks Stacey kept this information in her back pocket until the cameras came for tea).
Robyn promises not to talk about Tia’s marriage situation, BUT she will talk about Wendy’s legal issues. Wendy wonders why this is okay and Gizelle points out that Wendy is trying to act like she’s innocent and she’s not. Obh.
Karen is lost back and forth, because they are not achieving anything. Karen apologizes for the Robert nickname and the night ends.
As the women go out, Stacey, Wendy, and Tia hang back. Tia collapses: She DID confront her husband about the dating apps. And he didn’t deny it…Where do they go from here?
