Alexis Bellino and her husband, John Janssenaccused Heather Dubrow swearing that they will be silent about the film that Eoin had Shannon Beadorand a DUI accident during Friday’s podcast.
After fans watched Alexis, 49, and Heather, 57, face off Judge TamraVena Seltzer launch party on last week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange CountyAlexis and John, 63, said that although they aimed to protect “her lover”, Heather took it upon herself to reveal the information and use it against them.
“We told Heather in confidence, and yes, she knew it was confidential. And by the way … she told us, ‘Don’t tell anyone this information. You can’t share this with anyone. You have to go … She said, ‘Don’t ever share this information, Alexis. You can’t.’ And John always said, ‘What’s wrong with the truth?’ My truth is not bad,” Alexis began on the October 9 episode of Truth With The King.
According to John, Heather told him not to tell anyone who heard Shannon hitting her car.
“But then she goes back on national television and lets everyone know, unbeknownst to us, and also privately, information that we never wanted to share with anyone,” Alexis continued, noting that she and John agreed to take the information “to the grave.”
“Ian had every opportunity to share this with America, throughout season 18 with the footage we had and all this. We decided, you know what? We’re going to protect Shannon and we won’t tell anyone,” she explained.
Although Ailigis and Iain did not want to reveal the information, they now feel they have no choice but to talk about it.
“Thank you, Heather, for giving us this platform because now we have to and we don’t even want to,” Alexis said. “Thank you, Heather, for being so rude as to share information you never had to share.”
Continuing on the topic, John said that when it comes to reality television, it’s not always “real.”
“And yes I mean by that there are so many lies by omission,” he said, also confirming that he never wanted to talk about the film publicly.
“I’ve never wanted to talk about this, but I’m so sick of being the bad guy and this false narrative that’s out there about me that’s so unfair,” he said. “I like [Dr. Terry Dubrow] and Heather, and I don’t know why she’s doing this, but she keeps bringing this up, ‘John heard the crash,’ like it’s some kind of smoking gun.”
According to John, Heather’s interpretation of the film made him look bad.
“The audience is left thinking, ‘Wow, he heard the crash, and he didn’t do anything,'” he said.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 20 on Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
