When Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice got into legal trouble years ago, one of the harshest consequences was that Joe was fired.
While Joe, 56, had lived in the United States for more than 40 years before being deported, he had never obtained citizenship.
His eldest daughter, Familyhas been vocal about asking for a presidential pardon to allow her father to return home.
Yesterday, a picture of Teresa, 54, with the President Donald TrumpDeputy Assistant to the President for Policy and Coalition Engagement, Lynne Pattonappeared on social media in a post shared by a Bloomberg News reporter Myles Miller.
“Teresa’s visit at DCA with Trump’s Assistant to the President for Coalition Policy and Engagement Lynne Patton,” Myles wrote in the caption of the photo, which also appears to show a lookalike of Gia, walking with Teresa and Lynne.

When they saw the lump, people assumed that it had to do with Joe being forgiven.
As fans who have been following Joe’s case will remember, he asked for a pardon from the president on Instagram in June.
“I’m Joe Giudice. I’ve done my time, and I’ve been exiled from the US for almost ten years,” he wrote at the time. “I was raised in Jersey, I am the father of four wonderful daughters, and I just want to be allowed to visit them again. President Trump, I respect you, and I want a second chance.”
In July, Gia, 25, admitted to being inspired by Donald’s forgiveness Chrisley’s favoriteand Todd57, and Julie Chrisley53.
She took to Instagram to write that watching “Chrisley’s family’s second chance inspired me. It showed me that people can be forgiven, families can be brought back together, and sometimes the justice system has room for grace. It gave me hope. Hope that maybe my dad could come home too.”
In August, Gia gave fans an update Good day NY.
“We just put a humanitarian package on him, just kind of trying to do what we can to get him forgiven and hopefully come back, or even just visit,” she said. “We’re still working through that and trying the best we can. I mean, I think any family would want their dad home. Any girl or child would want their dad home. So still doing what we can.”
Last month, Bravo head honcho Andrew Cohen expecting Donald to forgive Joe.
“I feel like Trump is going to do … he knows your mother,” Andy, 58, told Gia on the Sept. 9 episode of Watch what’s happening live.
“Maybe just talk to the universe,” Gia replied. “At this point, I don’t care who does it. I just want him home. I think that’s the goal. I think that’s the hope. We have things in place, and it’s just when, I guess, people empathize with his story.”
