Pete Davidson there is no standing for it!
The actor just did a new interview with him Differentand in subject a Ariana Grande come up.
Pete and Ari first got together in the spring of 2018, quickly getting engaged just about a month into their relationship. Their chemistry was electric but, in the end, they weren’t aligned for long-term compatibility as they called it, just months later.

A month after the split, Ariana released her hit single thanks, next thing – an anthem for anyone ready to move on after a life changing breakup. On the way she looked at Pete and other famous people, but in a spirit of gratitude for the experiences that love gave her life. For his part, Pete would sometimes refer to their relationship in his comedy.
That was years ago, though, and both have grown since then. When first asked about it Wickedly star, Pete has nothing but praise, saying,
“I think Ariana is fuckin cool and super talented and an awesome girl. We don’t text or anything, but we’re cool.”
And later, when the conversation turns to the topic of body image in the scene, he is asked his thoughts about the online criticism aimed at her.

Sticking up for his ex-girlfriend, he says:
“I don’t like it at all. It’s not cool. She’s a very strong person, I’ve seen it, and I don’t understand it. She knows how to handle this stuff though. She’s been around. So she’ll be fine, but I think it’s fucked up.”
So if anyone was wondering what kind of terms these two are on 8 years after their whirlwind romance, consider them GOOD!
