⚡Harry Potter(Wizard World)
💍The Lord of the Rings(Middle Earth)
⚔️Star wars(Galaxy far away)
🖖Star Trek(The Final End)
01
What do you wear when you need to smile? No one is brave about this one.
02
How deep do you go into something you love? There is no shallow end here, just different deep ends.
03
What are you and your friends really arguing about? Every fandom has one argument that has been going on for years.
04
How do you feel about a room full of strangers? Each of these comes with a very large room.
05
Where would you rather spend a week? Choose on instinct rather than budget.
06
What do you believe about people, in general? All four of these stories have an answer, and they don’t agree.
07
What’s really on your shelf? Check it before you answer.
08
What do you really want from a story? Eight questions in, this is the one to build your fandom.
Membership confirmed Your Fandom is…
Four of the largest communities on the planet, and four completely different reasons to belong to one. Here’s yours, what it would give you, and the argument you’d get within a week.
Wizarding World · Books 1997 · Movies 2001
Harry Potter
You belong to the fandom that is really about comfort. Hogwarts works on people because it’s a place rather than a plot, and the draw isn’t the wizarding war so much as the corridors, the food, the weather and the feeling someone expects of you.
You are drawn to belonging, which is why this fandom entered houses within about five minutes and never stopped.
This is the most social of the four, and the one most likely to know what each person in your life would be like.
The books are built to be re-read rather than studied, and re-reading is just what you do with your favourites.
The new HBO series is bringing everything back one book at a time, meaning the arguments are about to start all over again.
Middle Earth · Books 1954 · Movies 2001
The Lord of the Rings
You belong to the deepest fandom on this list, the one where someone has always read more than you and is quietly happy to say it. The middle ground rewards patience more than any other world in popular culture.
You like the feeling that the story you’re reading is only the visible part of something bigger, and that’s just how Tolkien built it.
This fandom takes change seriously to the point that other fandoms find it a bit scary, and there are good reasons for that.
Perhaps your favorite thing about the books is the non-action, the walking, the songs and the long goodbyes.
No one here believes that heroism belongs to the mighty, and the whole story is there to make that argument.
Star Wars · Lucasfilm · Since 1977
Star wars
You belong to the highest and largest tent of the four, the one where three generations all look the same and none of them agree about it. That disagreement isn’t a flaw in this fandom, it’s the main activity.
You want something you can share with everyone, from six-year-olds to grandparents, and this is the only one on the list that really does that.
No one argues the way Star Wars fans argue, and the argument has been going on since around 1980 without a hint of resolution.
The appeal here is sensuous before it’s narrative, as it’s the sound design, score and appearance of a used and toothy galaxy.
You’d be first in the queue, in a suit, with strong opinions and a great time.
Star Trek · Paramount · Since 1966
Star Trek
You belong to the thinking fandom, the one that turns up for the argument rather than the explosion. Trek has always been a series of ethical dilemmas in space, and its fans love to wonder what to do.
You’re optimistic in a way that’s not fashionable right now, and it’s the only major franchise still willing to say that the future could be better.
The best episodes are the ones where no one shoots anything, which is a sentence that makes perfect sense to this fandom and anyone else.
Starfleet Academy brought the franchise back to the classroom in 2026, which is fitting, since Trek has always been a conference.
You’d want the conversation afterwards more than the program itself, and here you’ll always find someone willing to have it.
What’s next for Destin Daniel Cretton?
Still basking in glory Brand new dayUsing the box office website, Cretton is next directing a big screen adaptation of Hawaii Five-Othe classic Honolulu-set action drama; it’s a project dear to Cretton’s heart, being from the Aloha State. Sony and Disney are also courting him to Brand new day sequel, fifth in the series of Tom Holland Movies about spider-man. However, he will not have one project moving forward; despite being renewed for a second season, the satirical Hollywood superhero series Wonder Man was not quickly renewed after a series of cuts at Disney.
Naruto it is intended begin filming in the spring of 2027; a release date has not yet been announced. Stay tuned to Collider for future updates.
