This is a scary situation.
Toronto police are looking for a 22-year-old mother who allegedly took her three young children away during a family visit on Friday. Now, all four are missing.
according to People and other Saturday morning news outlets, Miclescu smiled (pictured above) reportedly left with her son Daniel6, and daughters Irina3, and Anastasiajust 4 months old, during a semi guided walk back on Friday afternoon. Authorities say she is No the children have legal custody.

The Toronto Police Service explained as much in a statement issued to several media on Saturday morning:
“At approximately 11:32 a.m., police responded to a call for an abduction in the area of Midland Avenue and Eglinton Avenue East. The children were visiting a family member, and the defendant took the children and fled the building.”
Miclescu now wants “kidnapping by a parent.” Investigators believe she may be driving a white 2017 Ford’s Journey with an Ontario license plate DJJS 875.
Police describe her as 5-foot-7 and about 180 pounds, with long black hair. She was last seen wearing a dark top and a long black skirt.
Later on Saturday morning, a TPS spokesperson told the boy:
“I can confirm that this remains an active and ongoing investigation. Officers are currently assigned to this case, and detectives are following up on leads and canvassing for any witnesses or video.”
In terms of ability a Amber Alertthe speaker said:
“If this goes to an Amber Alert, which would be confirmed by the investigators, they will go through the proper channels through the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
The circumstances surrounding Miclescu’s arrest remain unclear, and the police have yet to publicly release any further information about it.
