The model also opened up about her personal struggles with anxiety, saying, “I have struggled with anxiety for years and have tried to address it privately.” For now, she says her focus is on him “My baby, my family, my faith, and the protection of peace,” as she continues her non-profit work advocating for women navigating IVF and fertility journeys. Montana closed her message by thanking everyone who has shown her sympathy and support, saying she is choosing to move on “with faith, family, and purpose.”

The model, whose real name is Analicia Chaves, was arrested Monday in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, according to booking records. Montana is facing multiple charges in connection with an alleged controlled substance ordering incident.
According to the arrest warrant, Montana allegedly obtained alprazolam, the generic form of Xanax, from Walgreens using prescriptions that authorities say were written with the stolen doctor’s DEA registration number and medical provider identification number. In addition, the alleged conduct dates back to February 21, while the warrant was issued on September 22, six days before his arrest.

As a result, Montana is facing two felony counts of obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or deception. She also faces two misdemeanor counts of simple possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance. She was initially held on $20,000 bond in connection with the felony charges.

According to a statement provided to TMZ, the charges allege that a doctor using a false DEA registration and NPI number prescribed alprazolam for Montana. Her lawyer claims that she used the prescription written by that doctor to get the medicine from a pharmacy. Also, he claims that the possession charges appear to be due to her receiving the medication after her erection.
