The 46-year-old All fair star has been open about co-parenting in the past, and in the book, she talked about the challenges she faces with her husband.

In “Citizen Kim,” the reality star-turned-actress admitted that she worries about her ex-husband “every day.”
“All the time. That’s the father of my children, I don’t bother him at all. And that’s a huge burden to have children with someone you don’t have to be with,” she said, via Every week. “My kids would never know that. I do everything in my power to forget about the negative things that happened. I have to be realistic, and my therapist definitely tells me, ‘Your boundaries need to go up,’ but we manage to co-parent without too much conflict.”
She then added “It’s been pretty smooth for a while,” which she assumes is because they “don’t talk much.”
“But when we see each other, we hug each other. I’m very close to his family,” Kim said. “I welcome anybody. I tell them all, open door policy. Anytime you’re in town, come have dinner with us, see the kids as much as you want, take them out, come over and stay. That’s their family. So I encourage their relationship with their father so much.”
Although she always worries about him, she said, “He always seems to pick himself up … and out of something, but it makes me so sad.

When her children ask where he is, she often tells them, “Oh, Dad is traveling,” and she still makes up stories to protect them.
“I want them to think he’s the greatest dad. But I invite him all the time,” Kim appears. “‘Do you want to come to dinner? I’ll leave the house. Come to dinner with the children who are at their house so they can be comfortable. Sleep over for a few nights?'”
“Last Christmas, I said, ‘Sleep over on Christmas Eve. Bring your girlfriend.’ I’m easy! ‘We will all do Christmas together.’ And I will recommend it again this year,” she said. “I’ll sweep everything under the rug, all the horrible things he said about me, so the kids can see their dad.”
Kim and Speech who are the parents of four children – girls North13, and Chicago8, and sons Saint10, and Psalm7.
In 2024, Kim she said she was “pretty much raising four kids by myself,” and last year, Speech revealed that he did not want children with him Kim after being with her for the first two months, and he didn’t like her family controlling their children.
