JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes already thinking about engagement rings!
The 23-year-old “Boomerang” singer and dancer revealed that she and her 33-year-old boyfriend independently chose the same ring design while discussing their future together.
JoJo share the story with People at the Dance Industry Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday (October 21).
She explained that she had already told her mother, Jessalyn Siwawhich she wanted Chris to design an engagement ring himself if he ever proposed.
“I want him to design it completely. I want it to be completely his design,” she recalled telling her mother.
But, JoJo she had also searched Google and found a picture of what she believed to be her engagement ring.
During dinner with Chrisshe decided to ask him what he thought her perfect ring would look like.
The couple agreed to show each other their options at the same time, without knowing what the other had chosen.
“One, two, three. And we turned it. And we had the same picture from Google!” JoJo said the ship.
She described the design as a blue stone in the shape of an emerald and said the chance of choosing the same image was “so slim”.
And despite all the talk, JoJo and Chris they have not announced their involvement.
The first one Dance of the Mummies star also shared a relationship update, indicating that things between them are going “great.”
“It’s been beautiful,” she said, adding that they are approaching their one and a half year anniversary.
JoJo and Chris first met while competing Big Brother UK Celebrities in April 2025. Eventually their friendship turned romantic, and they confirmed their relationship in June.
The couple has been open about the possibility of marriage.
Earlier this year, JoJo she admitted that she had wedding fever after attending her brother’s wedding.
At the time, she said she would be ready to get married anytime Chris felt the time was right.
JoJo also previously revealed that her song “Serendipity” was inspired by her unexpected romance Chris.
