Andrew Cohen his email appeared from Carole Radziwill at the beginning of their previous conflict. He also mentioned if Vicki Gunvalson has grown taller Real Housewives of Orange Countyas fans are responding “negatively” to her attitude in the new season.
When Carole left Real Housewives of New York in a past season, she apparently suggested that Andy chose the side of Carole’s enemy Bethenny Frankel. The reunion was awkward because Andy seemed to be protecting Bethenny, and Carole refused to let him get away with it. By then, Bethenny, Andy and Carole were all friends.
Onward Carlos KingOn his YouTube channel, Andy spoke about his previous feud with Carole.
“I got an email from her at the end of her last season that said, ‘Don’t talk to me again,'” Andy recalled.
Carlos King then asked Andy if Vicki had gotten better on RHOC. (In the new season, Vicki was brought back for the first time in many years. But some fans feel she thinks she’s better than her costars.)
“I guess [in some] ways she’s really over some of the stuff that comes with being a housewife. The viewers are giving a very negative response to that. And that’s right,” he said.
Last month on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, Andy addressed the backlash against Vicki on the new season.
“As for Vicki on Orange County, what I love about it is that we’ve been watching this woman for 20 years, and you’re seeing her… at a different stage of life,” he said. “And yes, she’s at a different stage in life than a lot of the other women, but you know, you see her reflect a lot on her life on that show. She regrets divorcing Don. She’s dealing with some illnesses.”
“So maybe for the viewers, it doesn’t shake because she’s in such a different place as [other castmembers] or whatever,” he continued. “She’s an elder. She’s 20 years older than them, but that’s interesting to me.”
