When Gretchen Rossi finally appeared on it The Real Housewives of Orange County during season 19, she took a lot of heat for saying she liked homophobic and transphobic posts on Instagram.
Gretchen, 47, initially claimed the screenshots were fake and said that if she had liked them, it was an accident as she was “mindlessly scrolling” and not understanding what the posts were about.
“Oh, gosh, I would never do that,” she said on the show when confronted about them. “I mean, if I like something, I probably didn’t know it was about that. I have no problem with the LGBTQ community.”
Later, she said that “unfortunately sometimes” she “maybe” “moves and likes things, so I don’t know if I’m paying enough attention.”
At the reunion, she said she had hired a private investigator and showed what she described as a “cyber analysis report” that allegedly showed the screenshots were authenticated or originated from external IP addresses rather than her own device.
Gretchen was also accused Judge Tamra of being involved and setting up the story to ruin her return to the franchise.
Tamra, 59, denied Gretchen’s accusations outright, calling Gretchen a “thief” and a “homophobic b*tch.”
She also questioned why she was “being blamed” for Gretchen “liking homophobic stuff” and noted that Gretchen had unfollowed more than 200 Instagram accounts after the allegations that she had liked the posts.
In addition, Tamra shared screenshots showing that Gretchen was still liking similar posts a few days before the reunion.
In January, it was announced that she would not be returning for him RHOC season 20.

The insider also noted that they thought some fans might be “upset” by the allegations Gretchen faced last season.
