wait, there were Druski Speaking About WHO us Guess it was?!
In the clip, shared with the caption, “Kid Stars grow up and become so invisible,” Druski appears shirtless at the Pride parade with a shaved head and a kinky mohawk-style hairpiece down the middle, revealing that he is straight “to be with me.” The video then cuts to a fictional family sitcom called ‘That’s So Zion,’ where a young boy questions why his sister can have a boyfriend but apparently can’t, only to have his parents send him to his room.
The skit later transitions to an interview with a black and white bilingual lesbian couple talking about a Black TV show they appeared on, with the interviewer calling them out “The blackest of them all.” Time takes another turn when one of the women questions whether they were black, saying, “None of us were black.” The scene seems to poke fun at a recent statement about Raven-Symoné and his wife, Miranda Maday, who spoke about their experience working on ‘That’s So Raven’ and suggested that the characters could be “green.”
No Druski Coming For they Also!
And that’s not all, Roomies! Another part of Druski’s skit also seems to refer to Orlando Brown, who starred with Raven-Symoné on ‘That’s So Raven.’ The scene appears to set up a previous interview Brown did with VladTV, including a moment in which he appeared to break into an unintelligible speech. This piece also appears to refer to Brown’s public statements about alleged sexual encounters involving fellow actresses when he was younger. As Druski’s video weaves together references to former child stars and familiar pop culture moments, viewers may find themselves watching twice to catch all the apparent flashbacks.
