“I’m definitely more aware now because I’ve got a lot going on. Tours are no joke, and I need energy every night. … It’s really about balance. I still enjoy my favorite foods, but I try to make smarter choices where I can. why does Zevia work for me. I still get the taste I want without any sugar,” she explains.
As for what she keeps on her tour bus, she has found her favourites. “I really like the Orange Creamsicle and Strawberry Lemon Burst. I can screw up my soda with a better soda option.”
Of course, Cardi’s commitment to authenticity goes far beyond her wellness routine, extending to her enviable wardrobe and impressive handbag collection.
When asked if she would ever carry a definite designer dupe, the New York native makes her stance clear: “I would never buy anything fake, especially not an Hermès bag.”
Cardi’s love of fashion has become family as well, especially when it comes to spending time with her daughter, Kulture.
“I love being at home with my family and shopping with my kids,” the Grow Good founder shares.
And it seems the 8-year-old is already her mother’s mini-me.
“Kulture is a real girl’s girl, like me. She always finds something for us to do, like skin care, TikTok recipes, and going to concerts. I love doing everything together.
