This is the reported arrest of BenDaDonn
According to TMZ, authorities booked BenDaDonnn, whose real name is Benius Beard, in the Brazos County Jail in Texas on Sunday, October 4, on a charge of evading arrest or detention. The College Station Police Department told TMZ that officers were clearing people from the road outside a bar when they encountered a group that allegedly refused to follow their orders. Police said that a man who was a BenDaDonn security guard knocked an officer’s hands away as they tried to hold the stretcher.
As BenDaDonnn tried to get away, an officer reportedly used a Taser to get him to comply. Photos circulating on X (formerly Twitter) appear to show Ben on the ground with the sound of a Taser going off in the background. Police also said his security guard pushed an officer who tried to arrest BenDaDonnnn. Officers eventually arrested both men. Authorities also charged Kenny Carter, the man who claimed to be BenDaDonn’s security guard, with obstruction of public duty.
