Things have taken a very disturbing turn Halle Berry and Olivier Martinezalready in the contentious custody battle.
according to TMZThe actress’ ex-husband has filed for a temporary restraining order against her and is making shocking allegations about their 12-year-old son, Maceo.
Olivier claims that Halle physically assaulted their son last Saturday, allegedly jumping on him, putting her hands around his neck, and choking him.
He claims that Maceo later called him and said that his mother choked him.
And according to Olivier, reportedly this was not the first time something like this has happened.
These are very serious allegations.
It is reported that Olivier is now asking the court to have sole custody of Maceo. He is also asking a judge to order Halle to stay away from him and their son.
It should be emphasized that these are Olivier’s allegations. At the moment, TMZ did not report Halle’s response to the allegations or that a judge has ruled on Olivier’s requests.
As Perezcious readers may remember, this custody battle has been ugly for some time. Back in 2024, Halle was the one who filed for sole custody of Maceo, accusing Olivier of refusing to co-parent with her in a way that put the needs of their son first.
That came after the former couple settled their divorce in 2023, nearly eight years after their separation, agreeing at the time to arrange legal custody.
And now THIS.
We sincerely hope that Maceo is ok and that the truth about whatever happened is quickly established.
