It looks like it is Dancing With The Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba ready to forgive and forget the drama involving pro-dance Val Chmerkovsky.
In a tender behind-the-scenes moment filmed at Horror Film Night on Tuesday, October 27, Inaba, 58, was seen holding Chmerkovskiy’s shoulders, 40, while he kept two hands around her waist. Shared on Instagram after the show aired, the video footage captured the pair talking softly and touching each other before going in for a hug.
The moment came in the midst of Chmerkovskiy’s return to the reality TV dance competition after a week’s suspension for posting controversial comments on social media aimed at Inaba. (Chmerkovsky had commented Will Smithfamous Oscars 2022 slap while defending his wife, Jenna Johnsonafter receiving criticism from Inaba.)
According to a report by People On Tuesday night, Inaba admitted that their moment was distracting, turning to the crowd and saying, “So everybody’s watching. We’re colleagues and we’re totally crazy. We’re good, okay?”
The outlet also revealed that Chmerkovskiy was happy to have shared the moment with Inaba. “It felt like a cathartic relief, you know?” he said in an interview after the pair’s reunion. “I think it was just really important for me to make sure that she feels safe and that she knows, from me personally, that I want nothing but love for her.”
He continued, “I want nothing but joy for her and no matter what the world says, I want her to know how I feel, not how other people want me to feel, but how I really feel. I will only love Carrie Ann.”

“I haven’t talked about what happened because of a professional court for those who are still competing, and of course we have standards and practices that keep us away. “I think it’s important for everyone to know that Jenna and I called it quits after the Super Bowl show. Jenna was very professional about it, and two women worked the whole time.
