West Real Housewives of New York City a star Leah McSweeneyand a legal battle with Andrew Cohen and Bravo has come to an end.
Back in 2024, Leah44, who has struggled with alcohol and drug addiction over the years, filed a lawsuit against him Andrew58, and the network accuses them of “deliberately designing situations to escalate [her] disabilities” to create “reality television.” The lawsuit went on to claim that Bravo failed to accommodate her for the above-mentioned disabilities, including “alcohol use disorder” and “mental health disorders.”
Apart from, Leah accused Andrew about using cocaine and said that he “has a problem with cocaine use by his staff,” saying that he “tends to give more favorable treatment and edifications to the housewives he uses cocaine with.” Andrew has denied all charges.
More than two years ago, Leah dropped his lawsuit.
Friday (October 30), Leah she voluntarily dismissed her claims against him Andrew and Bravo with prejudice, meaning she cannot file a lawsuit with the same claims again, People reports. All parties agreed to the dismissal, according to court filings from the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
The terms of his dismissal were not disclosed.
