Now that Hayley has confirmed that she is pregnant, Beyond the Gates fans are debating who will have custody of the baby when it is born. So with Hayley not shy about saying she doesn’t want this baby, who will end up with Bill and Hayley’s baby?
Right now Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) is seeing a big payday by selling her baby to Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett). She has made it clear to Randy Parker (Maurice P. Kerry) that she wants nothing to do with raising the boy, despite how Bill could set him up with child support for the next 18 years. But Bill has other ideas, which he already mentioned to Dani.
Beyond the Gates: Hayley Sees Dollar Signs
Randy has a solution to Hayley’s money problems. Since her prenup money is almost gone, she will soon be broke. But Randy told her how she could live a luxurious life on child support. And there’s even a cure for her kids she doesn’t like – nannies. Randy told Hayley that she would have enough money to hire several nannies, with Bill paying him child support.
But despite Randy painting a picture for Hayley where she would have a lot of free time with nannies on board and pay with Bill, she won’t bite. Instead, she wants complete freedom away from her child.
Hayley’s idea is to sell the baby, with all parental rights, to Bill. She already has an idea about the price. She said she will ask Bill to pay enough money to make “that 10 million dollar life insurance policy (the one she was cheated out of) look like pocket change.” Hayley makes it sound easy, but this is Beyond the Gates, and nothing goes that smoothly. A lot can happen before that baby is born, including a change of heart for Bill or even Hayley.
Child Vs. revenge…
Hayley thinks Bill wants a baby more than he wants revenge. Therefore, she also believes that once he is sure that this is his child, he will be willing to do most anything to get hold of it. In addition she believes that her life would be protected from Joey and his peers because she is pregnant with Bill’s child.
Bill has no chance to prove Hayley an unfit mother after she tries to poison him. He has given up all charges and somehow removed them, so he doesn’t have a leg to stand on. Bill would get caught up being pretty cut and dry if Beyond the Gates wrote Hayley where she belonged – in prison.
BTG: Daddy Bill and Mama Dani?
Bill is looking at a long road now that his baby is on the way. Many fans believe that Bill and Dani Dupree-Richardson (Karla Mosley) will get back together at some point down the line. Neither can stop thinking about the other with romantic commitments involved.
The last thing Dani could be thinking about today is raising Hayley and Bill’s future child, but stranger things have happened on the soap. It’s obvious that Andre loves Dani more than she loves him, even if she does her best to hide it.
Therefore, Dani and Bill could get back together, and this would likely mean raising Bill and Hayley’s child if the sale of the children goes ahead as Hayley expects. However, Bill admitted to Dani last week that he will make sure this child has everything – but he does not want to be part of Hayley’s child’s life.
Dani accepts Bill and this child is the complete opposite. She believes he will love the child as he did their daughters. So, Bill might end up with Dani in the future, and that might mean she’s raising her baby too. Or, Dani could also feel the opposite of Bill about being the parent of Hayley’s child.
If it comes to Dani and Bill getting back together, Dani may not agree to raise Bill and Hayley’s offspring. So, it could get to a point where Bill has to choose between Dani and his child. But maybe there is a way for him to have both.
Beyond the Gates: Baby Hayley kept in the family?
Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla) and Naomi Hamilton-Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) react when they learn they are going to be big sisters. Both women are in committed relationships and at an age to start a family, so the soap may use a twist of fate and one of these sisters will adopt Hayley’s child.
If this kid prevents Dani from going back to Bill, one of his daughters might wind up. This way Bill could have Dani and the baby, even if the baby was raised by one of his daughters. But Naomi and Jacob’s wedding is on, so maybe Chelsea and Madison?
Randy thinks it’s terrible for Hayley to sell her baby to Bill. So, it seems he is still pushing for the child support scheme and nannies for Hayley’s future. Plus, he sees it as an insurance policy to keep Hayley alive against the violent Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom).
Since Leslie Thomas’ (Trisha Mann-Grant) story with Eva is similar to Hayley’s new plot in her life, Leslie can also push for Hayley to raise the baby some time soon on Beyond the Gates.
BTG: Hayley’s maternity changes?
But something else could happen. Hayley could take one look at her child and find it difficult to part with her child. Maybe this child is changing this mother-in-law. Although it would take a long time for anyone else to believe that Hayley has changed, Bill may see it sooner than the rest of the people in his circle.
If Bill sees Hayley changed, he might give her another chance and move into his house. This would give his family another chance. But he would be up against a bunch of angry people if he returned with his grieving wife.
It seems a lot is banking on Hayley giving birth to a son, as Bill already has two daughters. This week on the soap Hayley mentioned to Randy just how much Bill would like to have a son. So, if this is true, would Bill give it another go if he thinks Hayley has changed?
So, Beyond the Gates has a blank canvas on which to paint Hayley’s future. And there is another possibility as well. If she asks Bill for an unusual amount of money to sell their child, she could be in danger.
It seems that Bill would get hold of the baby if something happened to Hayley, so maybe she will finally understand this. That would make Randy’s child support plan the safest way to go. Who knows, maybe Hayley will change and become a great mother, which no one expects.
So, depending on Hayley’s mind when this baby is born, the possibilities are plentiful when it comes to who will raise this baby. Only time will tell Beyond the Gates.
