Dorit Kemsley‘estranged husband,’ Paul “PK” Kemsleyhas filed his witness list as they continue to fight custody and support amid their messy divorce.
While they are going back and forth two and a half years after their split, PK, 59, is set to call the 50-year-old. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills the star’s personal assistant and their children’s long-time nanny to the stand, where they will answer questions about Dorit and the children.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Oct. 28, PK will testify on his own behalf before peppering Dorit with questions and moving on to other employees.
As the outlet explained, PK wants to question Dorit’s personal assistant about Dorit’s interactions with their children, including her son Jagger, 12, and daughter Phoenix, 10, and what the assistant saw from the children themselves. He will then call the nanny, who will answer questions about Dorit’s behavior and the interaction between the children.
As RHOBA as fans may have heard, Dorit and PK, who separated in May 2024, have been feuding over money since Dorit filed for divorce in April 2025, with PK accusing Dorit of spending out of control on luxury items and travel, and of running up their bills, including the mortgage. A few weeks ago, in her own court documents, Dorit said “[PK] control of the family’s finances,” and refused to answer questions about their financial status, which made her stop questioning and trusting his decisions.
PK “treated these requests as distrustful,” she explained.
In other court documents, PK asked for Dorit’s support, saying she was doing more than he was. As noted by TMZ in September, PK’s accountant felt that Dorit should be paying PK $581 per month in child support, even though he was bringing in $107,943 per month. At the same time, a lawyer Ronald Richards revealed that Dorit was making around $166,000 a month.
As for Dorit, she asked PK to pay her $40,000 a month in support.
