Thomas Markle Sr. now not only is he accused of possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), a new report says he’s also been accused of abusing a child himself.

According to a new report from The Suna letter from 2018 sent to a special police unit in the United Kingdom alleged Meghan Marklehis father had visited Thailand and the Philippines to bear the abuse.

This follows Meghan’s statement, released earlier on Friday, in which she revealed she had been sent a copy of a letter detailing disturbing allegations – and that that the reason was that she completely separated from him and kept her children away.

In the statement she said:

“I am devastated by the news that has come to light in the last 24 hours, and my thoughts are with any children who may have been hurt.

In 2018, a letter was sent to the Metropolitan Police and Royal and Special Protection. That letter was later shared with me. He made disturbing and disturbing allegations against my father and I was assured that these were being investigated. I hope it can be understood now, despite the distortions of some media publications over the years, that there was one reason for any distance from my father and my choice not to allow him to communicate with our children: to protect them.

I trusted that the authorities were doing the same for other families. Although the scope of what has now been discovered is more sickening than one could imagine, it is my sincere hope that justice will be fully served and that the safety and protection of innocent children remains the priority. “

The Sun now saying they have seen the letter and can confirm its existence.

The Metropolitan Police released a statement on Friday, saying:

“We are aware of media reports that officers from the Met’s Royal and Specialist Protection Command were involved in forwarding a letter in 2018. We are carrying out internal inquiries in an attempt to confirm this.”

Thomas Sr. has denied the CSAM allegations.
