Sooo, this is interesting…
It seems Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are making their holiday plans – and a royal reunion doesn’t seem to be on the table!
Instead of spending Christmas with King Charles, Prince Williamand Princess CatherineThe Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning to celebrate with Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland. Hmmm… And that’s not all!!

According to multiple institutions including The Sunday Times and People over the weekend, the couple is expected to spend the holidays with Doria, who lives in California. And Christmas isn’t the only family celebration on their calendar! Harry and Meghan are too planned to spend Thanksgiving with Doria, with the two holidays arranged according to her preference.
But what about members of the royal family?! Traditionally, the family gathers at King Charles Sandringham estate in Norfolk for Christmas. However, it seems that Harry and Meghan are not holding their breath for an invitation. A source said The Sunday Times this full statement about the plan:
“They know it would be too difficult and too difficult. They also know they’re not going to be invited, and they’re not waiting for an invitation.”
Story!
Talk about a chill holiday season!! But honestly, with the ongoing family drama, is anyone really surprised?!
Harry and Meghan last spent Christmas with the royal family in 2018, when Meghan was pregnant with their son, Prince Archie. Since then, the couple’s relationship with the royal family has been strained, especially when it comes to Wills.
Could the holidays give him a chance to mend those fences? Apparently, not this year! For now, it seems the Sussexes are choosing to make their own plans with Doria rather than risk an uncomfortable reunion.
So, it begs the question: do you think Harry and Meghan will spend Christmas with the royal family again?! Share your thoughts and predictions in the comments (below)!
