Kylie Jenner officially trading reality TV drama for a scripted streaming murder mystery drama!
The 29-year-old beauty mogul just landed her first major scripted acting role, and this one has a pretty juicy twist. Kylie is ready to lead Huluthe upcoming thriller drama series Bachelorette weekendwith her big sis Kim Kardashian ready as an executive producer.

The series comes from an adaptation by the author Lauren Oliverwhose credits include Moim, Before I fall and the Delirium triple It is based on Flora Collins‘ an upcoming novel of the same name, with Oliver adapting the story for television through her company The Giant of Storiesaccording to Date Monday.
And the concept? Well, talk about a wedding weekend gone horribly wrong! The bride, played by Kylie, ends up being murdered in a swimming pool, leaving her closest lovers as suspects. The series then brings together the events leading up to the gruesome killing, with Kylie’s character as the “North Star.”
But how did Kylie get the gig? Kim reportedly received the script as a potential project through her deal with First Look 20th Television and “he felt it was a big star vehicle for Jenner,” and then handed it over to her sister. Both quickly came on board, per Date.
Hulu provided Bachelorette weekend direct order to series, so this is not just Hollywood!
Kylie has previously appeared as versions of herself in The Moment and Eight of the Seas, as you will no doubt remember. But this marks her first time taking on a real fictional character.
