On a recent episode of WWHLamong the premieres of Jeff’s new Bravo show, Still turning outJeff was put in the second seat, which seemed strange since Jeff is the lead of the new show. Although Jeff and Andy have had ups and downs in the past, they said WWHL that they were in a good place.
At SiriusXM Jeff Lewis liveJeff addressed the chairman’s situation amid speculation from some fans that it is a sign of Andy and Jeff drama.
“I’m not into the whole first chair, second chair politics,” said Jeff, via @sarah_from_texas_podcast_ on Instagram.
“Clearly,” said a guest Jen Fessler“because you are not there.”
“I always ask for the second seat because it’s my best side,” explained Jeff. “Actually, this side is better. So if I’m talking to Andy, I want to turn right. I don’t want to turn left.”
However, Jenn called it “bulls**t.”
Around the same time, in an interview for Andy Cohen liveJeff answered after Andy called Still turning out “good watch.”
“I don’t even know what that means,” Jeff said.
“It means it’s fun to watch,” said Andy. “You feel good watching it. It’s enjoyable. It just washes over you. It’s like you want it on your TV. You’re happy about it.”
But Jeff wasn’t sure Andy was kind.
“Great,” Jeff said sarcastically. “When I press all week, [I’ll say] “It’s a nice watch.”
Later, Jeff called Andy for only paying his kid $70 for two hours and 15 minutes of work. Jeff said he pays his own 23-year-old $37 an hour, which Jeff said was “cheap.”
