Amanda Butters reported that he is not returning In the City for his second season, at least not as a full-time member.
A day after Andrew Cohen faced a hostile audience at the Bravo Fan Fest while being asked about Amanda’s future on Bravo, a new report claims that Amanda has not been filming for In the City season two.
According to Variety, Amanda “is not expected to return as a full-time cast member — although she could eventually film scenes with Kyle.
The final season of the Summer House dating, Amanda talked about how she was secretly dating her best friend Ciara MillerWest’s stepbrother. Amanda is still legally married to her co-star Kyle Cookewho was friends with West at the time. Although Amanda did not return to film the latest season of Summer Housesome fans still expected her to appear on his spinoff, In the City.
However, while on stage last night at the Bravo Fan Fest in Charleston, Andy dealt with a hostile audience when a fan asked if he thought Amanda could never come back. Summer House.
Before Andy could even answer, the audience started booing. Andrew held up his hands to try to calm them down. When they finally got quiet, he replied, “I heard from West [Wilson] two days ago -“
Fans immediately started booing again.
“Okay,” Andy said, via @tasteof_reality on Instagram. “So mean and rude.” When they finally let him, he continued, “And [West] and Amanda having a St. Louis-style pizza. Louis. [It was] the first time she got it.”
Fans then joked that Amanda and West got pizza.
“Okay,” Andy said, clearly frustrated. “Well, I’m just telling my story now. So you don’t have to encourage me. … [Amanda] to be on In the City [again].”
Then they woke up again.
In the past, a complaint Bravo stars have had about fan events such as Bravo Fan Fest or BravoCon is that the audience boos and talks over them while trying to answer questions. Some feel that the energy is toxic at an event where fans are supposed to enjoy the stars.
Andy was just sharing his stories and thoughts at the event, but apparently the audience couldn’t handle it. If it was up to someone in the crowd, they would have gone through Andy’s entire response – and no one would have heard a word about it.
