Pottermore Publishing has officially announced that the seven Harry Potter Full-Cast Audio Editions will be available for free loan through public libraries worldwide, beginning December 1, 2026. The release will take place in three phases, with Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secretsand Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban available on December 1. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix it will continue on January 5, 2027, heretofore Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows finish the collection on February 2nd.

Cush Jumbo (Good Sunday) reports the series, with Hugh Laurie (House) as Albus Dumbledore, Matthew Macfadyen (Success) as Lord Voldemort, Rice Ahmed (Metal Sound) as Professor Severus Snape, Kit Harington (Game of Thrones) as Professor Gilderoy Lockhart, and Keira Knightley (Pirates of the Caribbean) as Professor Dolores Umbridge. Frankie Treadaway, Max Lesterand Arabella Stanton the voice of Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger, respectively, over the first three audiobooks. Jaxon Knopf, Rhys Mulligan, and Nina Barker-Francis then take over the three roles starting with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and continue through the last volume.
