Halle Berry facing a new development in her battle against her ex Olivier Martinezand this time, their private text messages are exposed. The former couple’s latest dispute centers on their 12-year-old son, Maceo. And, Martinez is making serious allegations against Berry.

Olivier Martinez’s filing includes alleged texts with Halle Berry
The court filing also included a series of alleged text messages between Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez following the September 26 incident. According to the complaint, Martinez told Berry that Maceo had asked to be picked up early and asked if she was okay with the change. Berry reportedly replied, “No, I’m not okay with it. He wants to go against his mother? What kind of child are we raising.” She continued, “As a father ask him what kind of child he is,” before you send “Am I his mother?”
Martinez replied that he was not aware of what was happening but said that Berry and Maceo would often fight. Then Berry answered, “So you’re keeping him in your place? Even if he was [doesn’t want to] wait?” She went on to say, “I am his mother and this is wrong! He disrespected his mother and this should not be okay for you as a father!!!” Berry continued, “It’s disrespectful to me and makes me feel like I don’t have a say in anything,” before saying, “I’m nothing but moneybags! This is wrong and wrong!”

In another text allegedly sent on September 27, Berry allegedly contacted Martinez about talking to Maceo. “Olivier, I have reached out to Maceo and asked to speak to him. I know you think he is making his own decisions but I would appreciate it if you would encourage him to speak to me today,” she wrote. Berry continued, “I feel terrible about what happened last night because I know he does too.”
Berry’s attorney, Marina Beck, has denied the allegations, calling Martinez’s filing “completely worthless and deliberately false.” Meanwhile, Martinez’s lawyer, Patrick Baghdaserians, said his client “main concern” It is Maceo’s health, welfare and safety, adding that Martinez aims to protect their son.
What caused all this?
As previously reported, the custody dispute between Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez has taken another turn. A judge has reportedly granted Martinez temporary custody of the couple’s 12-year-old son, Maceo, after Berry allegedly choked the child during a Sept. 26 incident, temporarily changing their previous 50/50 custody arrangement. Under the new order, Berry would have daytime visits with Maceo twice a week and every other weekend, while she was ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from Martinez. The former couple are due back in court on October 16.
