Deacon Philip leading a new TV show for Disney +!
The 22-year-old young actor has landed his biggest acting role to date and will star alongside him Catriona Laga’aia in the upcoming TV pilot Spaceship Earth.
The new series is inspired by the Disney World EPCOT ride of the same name.
What is Spaceship Earth about?
The deadline reports that in the new series, “when a mission to prevent a global cataclysm goes awry, a small band of teenagers from the past and future must come together to face a threat as big and mysterious as time itself.”
Details about the characters are unknown as of this time.
Who is Deacon Philippe?
Deacon he is the 22-year-old son of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Philippe.
You may have seen Deacon the guests on the Netflix series I never was or acting with his father in the Prime Video series Motor heads. He will be seen in the upcoming film 4 children walk into a bankhitting theaters in February 2027.
Several years ago, Deacon also had a short musical career!

All about Catherine Laga’aia
Catherine she made her big screen acting debut this year in the live-action remake of Disney’s Moana.
The 19-year-old actress recently spoke out about nepotism in an interview with People.
“I inherited nepotism, that’s for sure. I’ll take that any day,” she joked, referring to her famous father, Jay Laga’aia.
Who is Catherine Laga’aia’s father?
The 62-year-old actor plays Captain Typho in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith.
“I think my dad is in the business, besides wanting to make the OG proud, and wanting to make the people who love the movies proud, I feel like my biggest thing was I wanted him to be proud,” Catherine said.
“He knows what’s good, he knows what he likes. I’m someone on his side. That’s the part of my family I represent.”
“So coming back to that, it’s like ‘what would my dad do,’ but I also need him to be, at the end of the day, proud of the legacy that I’m extending to him,” Catherine he went on to say.
