Hi Days of Our Lives followers. Dominic Marino (Kyle Pryor) just lost Lexie Carver’s (Nikki Crawford) memorial and gets a serious warning from Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) this week. Plus, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) crosses paths with Dominic in our detailed daily spoilers for next week starting November 9.
If you are not following, also the week of November 9 – 13th, we attacked Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) in a way that left him drowning. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is caught and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) can tell her that she was told. Let’s get straight into the good stuff.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Dominic meets EJ and Tony as Marlena watches in fear
Monday, November 9th Days of Our Liveswe get into mid-November as we pick up from Friday’s program. Dominic tells EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), “Hello, brother.” Of course, we know he hates seeing Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) ring on his mystery brother’s new finger.
Also, Tony and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) sweep into Lexie’s memorial at the Brady’s Pub. They will walk in on Monday. As Tony and Anna join the event, they also meet Dominic. Then Anna asks Dominic, “If you don’t mind me asking, who is your mother?”
Interesting, because his mother Marlena is sitting with Belle Black (Martha Madison) in a booth nearby, watching the drama. Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) also meets their new brother. Then Marlena and Belle also talk to Dominic. Let’s hope we get scenes of them actually celebrating Lexie’s life, rather than the event just being captured by Dominic.
DOOL spoilers: Kristen is caught at the memorial while Lani covers for a friend
EJ grabs Kristen. EJ was initially confused when she showed up to the memorial dressed as his mother Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk). But EJ was immediately animated when the real Susan came into the pub to support her precious Elvis Junior, while Kristen snuck out from the back. I doubt she’s going to get too far before EJ catches up.
Lani Price (Sal Stowers) is covering for a friend, and I expect it to be Kristen. Lani knows why Kristen is running away from EJ, and maybe Lani can help her get away. That’s not great, because she’s a cop again now, and Lani knows about Kristen’s recent crimes.
Brady tells Rachel about the breakup with Sarah
Tuesday, November 13th Days of Our LivesRachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) has a heart-to-heart with her father, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). He has to tell Rachel about it and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) split, and that she and Victoria Kiriakis (Angelica Nero) are moving out. Sarah asked him to talk to Rachel about things, but Brady told her no.
Days of Our Lives Weekly Spoilers: Holly Presses Amy About Sophia
Holly is suspicious of Sophia Choi’s (Rachel Boyd) mother, Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson). Holly tells Amy, “Thanks for meeting me.” We know Holly is sure she saw Sophia, and she and Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler) heard her on the emergency line. So Holly can ask if Amy has seen her daughter.
Of course, Amy knows that Sophia is alive because Sophia came to her at the cemetery. But she made her mother Amy promise not to tell anyone, including her father and little brothers, that Sophia is alive. So I expect Amy to lie and deny it, and for Holly to realize she’s onto something.
Sarah Leans on Maggie While Xander worries about Dominic in Salem
Sarah gets some advice from her mother, Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Susanne Rogers). Sarah has a big problem that her ex-husband Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) didn’t jump at the chance to make their reunion official. Sarah agreed to counselling, but it worries her. So Maggie could encourage Sarah to take things slow and do the work herself for a happy and contented reunion with Xander.
His instincts are obvious. Also, old Sarah warns Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier). Xander seems concerned about Dominic Marino being inside Salem. In the fall and winter promo, Xander asks Philip, “What’s he doing Salemand what does he want from our family?” So it seems to be about Dominic.
Sydney DiMera (Sydney Malakeh) is also fighting Dominic. Even though Sydney knows her father EJ hasn’t been well for a while, she loves him and is protective. So Sydney could be angry that Dominic is dancing into town with her father’s ring on his finger.
Lani takes the lead and Chanel suggests leaving Salem on Days of Our Lives
Wednesday, November 11th Days of Our LivesLani gets new direction from her brother Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews). He has been helping Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) investigate the fake bag ring using his computer wizard skills. Although Theo and Chad are hooked on the fake shipping stuff, they still don’t know everything.
Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) receives a surprise proposal from his wife, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens). She tells Johnny that she wants them out, not just out of DiMera, out of Salem. We know that Chanel and Johnny will leave soon. The couple is going to move to Italy with Trey and Olivia to shoot Carson Boatman and Raven Bowens.
Also this week, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) has a meeting with Dr. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans). She seems to be pushing Abe to tell his family about his illness. But he tells Kayla, “When the time is right, I will.” Abe has been moody and forgetful. Maybe it’s Parkinson’s disease, maybe some other brain disorder.
Leo is attacked and left to drown off the pier
Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez) finds his ex Leo in grave danger. He went outside to check on EJ’s shipping container and was locked inside. Leo appears to be attacked by an attacker, who weighs him down and throws him into the water off the pier. Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney) isn’t strong enough to pull that off, so someone else had to be involved.
Leo’s body was sinking in murky waters, but someone takes him out. Lani is on the pier this week, watching as Javi works on an unresponsive Leo. We see Javi looking for signs of life and begging Leo to just breathe.
DOOL Spoilers: Dante confronts Dominic as EJ believes in Tony
Thursday, November 12 Days of Our LivesDante Vitali (Franco LoPresti) against his boarding school friend Dominic. We know that Dante has been conspiring with Dominic from way back Italy. Also, Dante helped play the poker game against Philip, so he couldn’t stop Dominic from buying the mansion. Of course, that didn’t work out.
Let’s see if Dante is angry with Dominic for some reason, or it could just be that Dante didn’t expect Dominic in Salem so soon I’m also curious to know if Dante is using Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) or if it’s true love.
EJ confides in his brother Tony. This could be about Dominic as well as the recent problems with the Corysal cover up and fake handbags. Also this week, Tony, EJ and Dominic are in the living room of the DiMera mansion. Tony tells Dominic that it’s the DiMeras against the world. Watch the full video on YouTube.
Tony warns Dominic that Stefano’s favorite game is pitting his children against each other. Alone in the living room later, Dominic slides a pencil across the chessboard while at the mansion.
Tate shares his suspicions with Sophia while Marlena feels haunted
Tate Black (Leo Howard) has suspicions and shares them with his father, Brady Black. Tate has been very skeptical about Holly saying she saw Sophia inside Horton Square. But since Holly has now spoken to Amy, Tate may be telling Brady about Sophia’s suspicions. That will upset Brady because she has used Rachel before.
Belle doesn’t mean to offend Chad, but she does. Marlena feels haunted by her past, perhaps about Dominic. In the fall and winter promo, Marlena cries to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) and asks, “What did Stefano do to me?”
Javi fears for Leo as Steve questions Gwen
Friday, November 13th Days of Our LivesJavi is very worried about Leo. It seems they revived him at the scene and found him Salem University Hospitalbut he may not yet wake up. Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) questions Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and asks why she is worried about Leo. We’ll see if Gwen tells Steve that he went out to EJ’s secret storage container.
Xander receives disturbing news from Detective Lani. She already warned him Salem PD he was not going to let it be known that he is a felon with an unregistered firearm.
Marlena is honest with her alleged son Dominic, and may ask for a DNA test. Marlena seems to tell him that she didn’t even know Dominic was there. Rita is choosing sides. I’m sure she’s Dominic’s team. In the winter promo, Rita told EJ that she thought of him as her flesh and blood, but as we know, Dominic now has her loyalty.
