Hi, Days of Our Lives followers. We have detailed spoilers for the two weeks starting on October 26, with Dominic Marino (Kyle Pryor) entering Salem while planning how to make the grandest entrance possible. Additionally, Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) shocked Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) once he wakes up from his burn trauma.
Also, in the two weeks of October 26 – November 6, there is an official start to the November sweep, with shocking secrets revealed, lives in danger, and villains falling.
Days of Our Lives: Sarah fights to save Xander
Monday, October 26th Days of Our LivesSarah is busy trying to save her husband Xander’s life after he shot her. Sarah calls out Xander’s name as she puts pressure on his gushing wound. Maybe George O’Halloran (Michael Rose) is dead or not worth Sarah’s time. Unfortunately, if George dies, it will help EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) a lot.
Heartbreaking news hits Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), and this could be him finding out that Sarah was involved in shooting, and he could panic, or Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) may have more issues after her second surgery. Also, Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) share a sweet moment as their reunion is officially underway.
EJ in the hot seat on DOOL
EJ is in the hot seat and being questioned by Detective Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer). We know that everyone suspects EJ in the taste attack of Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) while he was holding out George’s house. But Steve was attacked from behind, so he didn’t see who did it.
But EJ has new blood on his white shirt. He better hope Shawn doesn’t see them. So we’ll find out if EJ went rogue when he attacked Steve, or maybe the bad guy DiMera hurt someone else.
Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) has some advice for her granddaughter Sydney DiMera (Sidney Malakeh), and I wonder if she’s going to tell Grandma Marlena about her suspicions that Dante Vitali (Franco LoPresti) may have targeted her and Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) and that she may be closer to Dominic than he admitted.
Days of Our Lives: A surprise call to the hotline
Tuesday, October 27 Days of Our LivesGabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) is there to comfort Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier). He is sick of Xander after the shooting. It seems that he may be on his deathbed, because Xander is also forgiven by Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Susanne Rogers). So, maybe she’s thanking an unconscious Xander for saving Sarah.
A surprise caller calls a hotline as Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) is training with Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler). They are in headphones. It turns out that Holly is in Mason’s room above the pub. Holly listens as Mason says, “Tell me why you called today.” And it’s Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) who says, “I needed someone to talk to.”
So, it looks like Holly might recognize Sophia’s voice, and Mason should too, since he took several long calls from her before she killed herself. Maybe Holly and Mason will freak out when they realize Sophia isn’t so dead after all. Also, Marlena is hesitant about reaching out to Dominic. She needs answers, but is unsure about communicating with him.
Elsewhere, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) makes an off-the-cuff introduction to her bestie, Lani Price (Sal Stowers), but I doubt Kristen will admit why EJ is after her. And Kristen may tell Lani a vague version of events.
Johnny Squares Off with EJ on DOOL
Wednesday, October 28th Days of Our LivesJohnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) goes with his father, EJ, and Johnny must face what lies ahead for him and EJ. Johnny may get immunity for his crimes, but EJ could serve time The States.
And this week, EJ is in a rage, throwing something at a picture of his father, Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo), and screaming, “Damn you.” After that rage, EJ looks like he’s going to cry. Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) is warned by Steve, and he tells her, “Don’t give EJ the benefit of the doubt. It could cost you your life.”
Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) delivers shocking news to Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). So, Alex could tell that Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) is getting feelings back in her legs. Tate Donovan Black (Leo Howard) and Joy make plans together, with more treatment now that she is recovering. And maybe Joy will be dating Tate again.
And maybe Joy is basically trying to convince everyone that she’s not Alex and that she had legit paralysis, but is now getting better. Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) thinks about her non-existent love life. I hope to see her with Dominic when he gets to town, because they both hate EJ, and they both like to plan.
Days Sweeps begins with good news for Chanel
Thursday, October 29 Days of Our Lives it’s the first day of November, and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Johnny get good news. Her lumpectomy was successful. It has clear edges. Looks like Chanel’s cancer journey is done. It’s also time to celebrate Lani, who has her shield, her gun, and her job back at the Salem PD.
Brady and Sarah have an honest conversation. I expect her to tell Brady that Xander almost died seeing things clearly, and Sarah has to follow her heart. Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) stops by to question Xander, who is clearly awake by then. And obviously, it’s self-defense, but Jada needs to ask the right questions.
Halloween in Salem on Days of Our Lives
Friday, October 30th Days of Our LivesXander and Sarah have a very moving reunion, but I doubt they’ll jump back into bed or marriage. I think it’s an admission that they want to see if they can work things out to be together.
A howling wolf appears at the book club’s bookstore to scare Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), but she laughs. She knows who it is and says, “Happy Halloween, Foster.” Unfortunately, it’s more cons than good when Julie Foster (Miles Anderson) leaves. She still feels married to Doug Williams III (Bill Hayes), as she told Maggie recently.
Kristen has some unresolved issues to take care of, even though she told Brady she was leaving Salem. She is in the square covered in a black mask and cloak and is texting someone. I hope she pays Sophia off and they both leave town, but it seems like a long shot.
Chad’s Halloween Plans on DOOL
Thomas DiMera (Cole Gersmeyer) and Chad DiMera (Connor Floyd) celebrate Halloween in the square. Thomas is dressed as a vampire. Chad is wearing a cool Frankenstein outfit with a full interior decoration Horton Town Square. Thomas seems to have second thoughts about Cat, so Chad may be more open to being friends with Cat.
But now she is supposed to be with EJ, while Chad has been with Belle Black (Martha Madison). However, with Chad and Belle possibly sharing Dominic as a brother, they may decide that it’s just a little too weird that their family trees overlap. So, they may not continue dating, but we’ll see.
And EJ is absolutely unstoppable this week. We’re going to see him braying and sipping on a cocktail at the Halloween party, glaring at everyone in the square who’s having fun. He runs into Chad, who doesn’t let EJ scare him. So, maybe he’s warning Chad away from Cat, and maybe EJ will tell Chad that she’s his.
Days of Our Lives: Dominic makes his debut
Now, November 2nd – 6th Days of Our Livesthe Samhain sweep is in full swing. It ends on November 25th, anyway. Halloween continues inside Horton Town Squarebut maybe we should call it the Horton Town Scare, because of some internal lies Salem. First, Kristen is lying and up to something. Besides, EJ is there looking for trouble.
And Dominic Marino is doing his part Salem the first time officially on Monday, but we could see him hiding in a mask at the end of the episode on Friday 30 October, carrying over to Monday. I suspect Dominic is swallowing Salem with Halloween as its cover. And he even has a black mask to shock.
Marlena may find an unexpected guest at her door. We’ll see if Dominic comes right away to see his birth mother, or if he disappears and then makes a big, splashy entrance at a family event, because we’ve heard chatter that he’ll be at Lexie Carver’s (Nikki Crawford) celebration of pub life.
Kristen ties up the loose end that is Sophia. But will he do it with blood or with money? Xander has a long road to recovery, but Sarah is now by his side again. However, he could shock her with some terms and conditions about their reunion. EJ will probably try to get Cat into bed again, but I guess she’ll find an excuse to stay out of his sheets. With Steve’s warning in mind, Cat plays a dangerous game with EJ.
Holly could alert the cops that Sophia called the hotline, that she’s not dead, and that she’s back inside Salem. And Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) will arrive on November 6, ahead of Lexie’s memorial next week.
