Hi Days of Our Lives fans, we have that big sizzling promo with Dominic Marino’s (Kyle Pryor) plans for Salem and the relaunch of Chloe Lane (Sofia Mattsson) back on the scene looking for another shot at romance. There’s so much to talk about in this mega fall and winter promo for the Peacock soap opera.
Also, we’re going to see Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) say goodbye to Salem. Leo Stark’s (Greg Rikaart) life is on the line. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) gets answers, but what she finds out is going to shock her.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Dominic Raises the DiMera Family as Chloe Gets a Rerun in Mega Promo
First, let’s talk about the mystery man Dominic Marino. As expected, the new son of Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) appeared on Halloween on this Friday’s episode. His big reveal to the DiMera family comes this Friday, November 6, at the Lexi Memorial at the Brady’s Pub.
Dominic walks up to EJ and says, “See you at last.” EJ says, “And you?” Shocked by Marlena there, he tells EJ, “I’m Dominic Marino. Hello, brother.” Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) is there as Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk), and she is going to see her new brother.
Word is spreading as Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) seem to be talking about Dominic up at the hospital, anyway. Xander asks Philip, “What’s he doing there Salem and what does he want from our family?” Maybe Xander and Philip are still worried about Dominic because he wanted to buy the Kiriakis mansion.
Also, Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) are back for just two episodes. Tony meets his little brother after the memorial. They are back at the DiMera mansion. EJ is there when Tony tells Dominic, “Our father’s favorite pastime was pitting his children against each other.”
Then Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) tells Belle Black (Martha Madison), “I’m telling you, it won’t be long before someone draws blood.” It seems very clear that he is talking about EJ against Dominic.
Later, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) asks his new uncle Dominic, “What did my grandfather send you here to do?” He tells Theo, “You’re asking the wrong question. The right question is what do I plan to do?”
DOOL Spoilers: Rita tries to win EJ back as Johnny and Chanel walk out
Speaking of intentions, Rita Lesley (Maggie Carney) was very close to Dominic when he grew up. But it looks like Rita wants to patch things up with EJ. Rita goes to him and says to EJ, “I’ve always loved you like you’re my own flesh and blood,” which is interesting.
But, I just don’t think he’s going to be able to trust Rita again. I really don’t blame EJ. I’m still wondering if maybe Rita was the surrogate who carried Dominic in her womb.
Speaking of kids, EJ killed Johnny. Things get worse as Chanel tells Johnny, “I want out, not just out of DiMera, out of Salem.” It will be safer for him and Chanel to take their children and leave. Johnny tells EJ, “We’re not there anymore.” Then Johnny walks out on his father.
Sydney takes the CEO’s Chair and stands up to EJ
Right, now let’s talk about Sydney DiMera (Sydney Malakeh), EJ’s daughter. With Johnny leaving, the company needs a new CEO. It looks like Sydney will get the job, but it doesn’t look like it will be smooth sailing. She won’t push it over whether EJ can control it, but it sounds like he could try.
In the Days of Our Lives mega promo, we have Sydney looking forward to her dear old father. She tells EJ, “I’m the one in the CEO chair. It’s my choice.”
DOOL Spoilers Suggest Getting Away From EJ With Cat Turning Tight While Chad Denies Feelings
There’s more EJ drama as Rolf warns Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord), “You’re not trained to be an undercover agent.” Cat smiles at Rolf and holds up a little thumb. But her honeypot days are over soon enough, because we’re going to see EJ in a Hawaiian shirt.
He is with Cat. They seem to be on a tropical route, perhaps DiMera Island. EJ accuses Cat, “You’ve been playing me the whole time, haven’t you?” Cat says, “I love you, EJ,” and then starts to cry. I don’t believe it.
Speaking of Cat, Chad tells Belle, “I’m over Cat.” But Belle tells Chad, “I wish I could believe you.” Those two could split back into another DiMera drama this holiday season.
Marlena asks what Stefano did when Orpheus returned
Dominic tells his smiling mother Marlena, “For the first time in my life, I feel like I belong. But Dominic’s origin story still haunts Marlena. She is shaking and asks Roman Brady (Josh Taylor), “What did Stefano do to me?”
We also have a blast from the past in the promo. Orpheus (George DelHoyo), AKA Milo Harp, is back. He tells Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Marlena, “I’ve been expecting you.” Then he says, “The truth is beyond your wildest dreams.”
Orpheus kidnapped Marlena for his own purposes back in the mid eighties. Maybe he knows something. A year after Orpheus was captured Marlena was when it seemed that she died in that plane crash but she was closed on Stefano’s island. That’s when Dominic would have been conceived. So it seems that Orpheus knows something.
Spoilers hint that Stephanie is hiding something as Joy Rants and Kayla keep a secret
We also have new tight shots of Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) in the mega promo for Days of Our Lives. Joy criticizes Stephanie, saying, “Everything I do is for my daughter.” We know she just made accusations about Joy paralyzing her.
Alex didn’t have it. Stephanie loses it and tells Alex, “Make a choice. Are you going to believe Joy or your wife?”
Something else big is going on with Stephanie. We have Kayla Brady (Máiri Beth Evans) teasing her and saying, “I won’t tell anyone,” as Stephanie looks close to tears. Then Steve asks Kayla, “Is there something else going on? She doesn’t seem to be telling him, so I wonder if Steph is sick.
Also, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) tells her granddaughter Arianna Horton (Vico Escorcia), “We were very worried about you.” But Ari teases Kate, “Stay out of my life.”
DOOL spoilers: Christmas invites Abe to Paulina and a health scare
Over at the Horton house, it’s all set for Christmas. Lani kisses Eli by the tree. Lani says, “I need you to remind me how lucky I am.” Very sweet.
Also, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) wants Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) home for the holidays. He asks her, “Would you like to move back in?” Paulina is surprised. Later, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) encourages Paulina and tells her, “Maybe you can go home again.”
Also, love is in the air. Mason Whitfield (Brandon Butler) is happy and says to Sydney, “I guess I’m falling for you really hard.” Watch the full video on YouTube.
Brady reunites with New Chloe while Philip separates from Gabi
We also have a rerun romance. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) is looking out a window through binoculars. It doesn’t seem like he has Salem. That may not be related to this scene I’m about to tell you about, or it may be.
New actress Sophia Mattsson makes her debut. We see Brady say, “Hi, Chloe.” So yeah, she’s the new Chloe Lane. We have Brady and Chloe kissing passionately, and she says, “I miss you so much.”
There is also heartache. Philip tells Gabi, “I really thought we were going to make it work this time.” It looks like they are ready. Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) sadly tells her father Brady, “Everybody that I love, why do they keep leaving me?”
Xander and Sarah run from the Chicago Police as Leo Is Hurt on Days of our Lives
Also, Leo Stark warns Xander, “The Chicago PD headed to Salem tomorrow to arrest you for first degree murder.” So it seems that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) leaves with Xander to run from this problem. Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) teases Sarah and tells Xander, “Take care of my girls.” They take off.
Lani and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) are inside Salem PD tactical vests at the Kiriakis mansion, probably looking for Xander. Meanwhile, Sarah tells Xander that she feels safer with him. He warns Sarah, “These people can find me.” She tells Xander, “I’m not going anywhere.
Later we see a gun in his hand and hear a couple of shots being fired. So it looks like Xander may have to protect Sarah and Victoria. Warning that Xander could hurt Leo, because he is on the ground looking gray and just off. Javi Hernandez (Jacob Martinez) is an EMT uniform working to revive Leo. Javi cries, “Let him breathe.”
That’s it. That’s the big promo. Good stuff coming.
