DaniLeigh & DaBaby Custody & Child Support Settlement Details
According to TMZ, DaniLeigh and DaBaby have reached a 13-page agreement that outlines a custody and child support arrangement for their daughter, Velour. According to the reported agreement, DaBaby will pay DaniLeigh monthly child support, but the exact amount remains under wraps for now!
The former couple’s legal dispute began in 2024 after DaniLeigh filed a paternity suit, claiming she was Velour’s primary caregiver. In her petition, she asked the court to grant her monthly child support. DaBaby didn’t stay quiet! He reportedly fired back, saying he had a close relationship with Velor and had been active in her life since she was born. From there, he asked the court to legally establish him as Velour’s father and confirm child support and joint custody arrangements.
A look back at DaBaby & Dani’s past relationship history
DaniLeigh and DaBaby sparked dating rumors in 2020 and apparently had an on-again, off-again relationship before welcoming their baby girl in August 2021. But things changed a few months after their daughter was born. Fans may remember that the former couple got into a heated argument on Instagram Live in November 2021, prompting DaBaby to call the police. Following the incident, authorities charged DaniLeigh with two counts of simple assault.
