Crystal Kung Minkoff protection Gina Kirschenheiter in the midst of her misery Jeff Lewisas Crystal spoke of her friendship with the Still turning out cast member – and predicted what might happen between Gina and Jeff in the future.
On a past program of Watch what’s happening liveJeff announced that he would never do design work for Gina because he didn’t like working with her budget. He also suggested that she was ‘broken’. Gina recently hit back by criticizing her plastic surgery. In response, Jeff called her a ‘white-trash grifter’.
On Page Six Virtual TeaCrystal (who is friends with both stars) addressed the situation.
“I would say this right against him; I don’t agree with what he says about him,” said Cristo. “I like Gina. I think she’s really nice and I really like what she’s done in her life.”
“I hate it because I know how she feels, because I had Gina on my show, on A humble bragthe day he came for her. And so people thought it was connected, but as you know, we filmed [the podcast episode] a week before,” she continued. “So it happened [coincidental].”
She acknowledged that Jeff has his “opinions” and that’s why he’s on Bravo, but she thought this was “perceived differently” because he’s “a human being.”
“Because when you see women hitting back at each other, they cheer,” said Crystal, who said that “com[ing] to people out of nowhere” not “Crystal style.”
“Maybe fast forward a year and [Gina will] be very close friends with him,” she said. “That would make me very happy because I really respect them both. I like them both very much.”
“Jeff is extremely generous. I mean, it’s rare to find someone like that. He’s generous to his family, he’s generous to his team, and he’s generous to us as guests and friends. [on Jeff Lewis Live]. And he really, really wants to help other people succeed and really push that,” she continued. “Every time I’m on [his show]it’s like, ‘OK, let’s talk about it [my podcast] A humble bragwhat are you doing this week?’ … It’s like you’re just not there for him; it’s there for you too.”
Crystal said that, despite public opinion, she has never had an affair with Jeff in which he expects her to agree with him. “We value each other’s truth and honesty,” she said.
