No other information regarding Guy’s death has been shared at this time.
Brandi had told fans in May that her father was having health problems as he was in a cardiac unit.
“Been completely off the grid,” she posted on X at the time. “Dad in cardiac unit in hospital & it’s now day 13. We are both medical secrets. Pray for my dad Guy Glanville.”
In September, while thanking fans for signing up for a GoFundMe for her medical bills, she noted that she had to go see her father to say her “last goodbye.”
Brandi and her father had a tumultuous relationship at times and they revealed it Marriage Camp: Reality Stars Edition in 2018.
While they were fixing their relationship on the show, when they left, they weren’t talking.
“My dad and I, we left the show in a good place and then, when the show aired, we haven’t talked since,” Brandi told Entertainment Tonight after the premiere. “You know, he’s never done TV before, and I warned him beforehand, ‘They can’t show everything we shot. They’re going to show the highlights, so you have to write down notes and understand that it’s going to be the highlights of what we shot, and don’t be mad – you’ll be mad again,’ and in the end, he did.”
“It’s been a while and unfortunately… I’m used to this, yes [just like] Housewives, like, I can handle it,” she explained. “For him, I think he cares about what his friends and everyone was saying about what they saw, and I thought they gave him a big edit, to be honest, because he was a little worried. But, no, we haven’t spoken since, unfortunately. But I really love it. It’s everything. I’m just, I’m leaving [it] in his corner. Because you know, you know me, I get a little aggressive. “
They ended up putting things up later.
