As you know if you’ve been following along, Stause Chrishell got on Instagram this morning and she announced her separation from G Do a flip in a heartbreaking confessional style video.
Admitting that she is still in love with the 33-year-old Australian musician, Chrishell, 45, said they plan to do this as peacefully and amicably as possible. Watch below:
In response, G Flip posted their own statement on social media, revealing:
“After 4+ years Chrishell and I are no longer together. I will always love her, we will always have a special bond and I will cherish our memories together. [red heart emoji] My head and heart feel very heavy right now and I can’t talk but I want to thank you all for your support and I appreciate you respecting our privacy at this difficult time.”
Shortly after news hit the trending sections, Chrishell’s ex-girlfriend and Selling Sunset star Jason, 49, left a supportive comment on Chrishell’s video.
“I’m so sorry to hear this. I’m thinking of you and sending you my love. You’re both beautiful people and sometimes things don’t work out, but that certainly doesn’t mean anyone’s a failure. There’s probably nothing anyone can say that will make you feel better right now, it might take some time to process. But know that you’re loved and I’m always here for you regardless what.”
He ended the comment with a classic red heart emoji.

Jason and Chrishell dated for five months back in 2021, only to break up because Jason wasn’t ready to try for kids as soon as she wanted. Fans of the relationship naturally reacted to his comment with their own hopes, writing:
“slide back in”
“You must be together”
“What a beautiful response, so loving”
“Dude, fight for her”
“Go get your daughter!”
Well, we’re not sure Chrishell is in a place where she wants to start anything again, but at least she knows she has a lot of support. And that’s what she’ll need as she begins the healing journey.
