One of Melanie LynskeyHer first major role was playing Rose on the CBS sitcom Two and a half men and there are false reports out there about what she earned for the job.
Melanie appearing as a series regular for the first two seasons and then again after that, he appeared in a total of 63 episodes over the shows 12 seasons and a total of 262 episodes. While she appeared in every season, most of her episodes were at the beginning of the series.
In an Instagram post, a fan noted how Melanie “200,000 to 300,000 did in the end,” per program. The comment was on a post about it Holland Taylordecided to leave the show after they said they couldn’t afford to pay her more, despite the huge salaries of the male actors.

Melanie rumors swirled that she earned $200,000 to $300,000 per episode by the end of the series.
“Sorry, but this crazy number is floating around the internet and I have to tell you how wrong it is. I only did 63 out of 262 episodes of that show. I literally made a tenth of that stated number per episode (it started at $20,000 with a 5% increase per season, I believe, but over half of the episodes I did in the first two season).
Melanie I continued, “The highest paycheck I got on the show was I think $43,000 for one episode of the last season. This is before agents, managers, cuts and fees, so you take home about 50% of what you’re paid. It’s so ridiculous. If Holland talks about it I’ll talk about it.”

After the fan apologized for spreading the wrong data, Melanie responded.
She wrote, “That’s so sweet, but I will say that that money was huge for me! I was 25 years old when I got that job, and a couple of years later I was able to pay a down payment on a house. I always think about how lucky I am compared to most actors because it’s so, so hard to make a living. I was struggling so much at that time and I felt very grateful with what was paid.just worry when it is misrepresented.Also Holland is a legend and she deserved a lot of promotion!!!!
